- 1 package fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Washed chicken slices
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- A pinch of white pepper
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of oregano
Method
- Boil the fettuccine with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of olive oil, then set aside..
- Sauté the fresh mushrooms in butter, then add the chicken slices and cook until the chicken slices are lightly browned.
- Add the flour and chicken broth .. then a pinch of white pepper and salt ..
- Drain the fettuccine after boiling, then toss it with a little butter, salt, and oregano.
- Place some fettuccine on a serving plate and top it with some of the chicken and mushroom sauce.
