Chicken Fajitas
Chicken fajitas are among the tastiest chicken dishes that kids love. You may try cooking chicken differently, but they’ll always ask for fajitas! Here is an easy, quick recipe to prepare this dish.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 medium onions, sliced into wedges
- 3 colorful bell peppers
- Mushrooms
- Corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups avocado sauce (guacamole)
- French bread
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the boneless chicken well, cut into strips, and soak in apple cider vinegar for a full day.
- Next day, fry the chicken until it browns, then add a little water to barely cover and simmer briefly until cooked and most water evaporates....
- In a wide skillet, fry the onion, peppers, mushrooms and corn in a little vegetable oil... Add salt and fajita-spice to the vegetables, then add the cooked chicken.
- Open the French bread (rolls) and spread a little avocado sauce inside, then add the fajita mixture and bake the sandwich a bit to brown on both sides...
- Note: delicious guacamole sauce can be used with the fajitas
