Fresh lime (green lemon) juice — very refreshing
Ingredients
- 1 green lime, cut into 8 pieces
- A handful of fresh mint
- A small piece of ginger (about 1/4 piece)
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of salt
- 5–6 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cups cold water
- Ice

Method
- Add the water, lime (green lemon), mint, ginger, pepper, salt, and sugar or honey to the blender, then blend well
- Strain the lime juice through a sieve
- Pour into a serving glass and add ice on top
- Serve the lime juice immediately or refrigerate it and add the ice when serving
