Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- Butter + vegetable oil, for frying the chicken
- 1 bag or packet of pasta, any shape you like
- Grated mozzarella or sliced mozzarella
- Béchamel sauce
- 3 cups milk
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 1/2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup cooking cream
- Salt
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Place the chicken cubes in a pot over the heat and sauté them with a little vegetable oil and a piece of butter.
- When the chicken pieces are browned, cover them with water and cover the pot.
- When the water comes to a boil, lower the heat until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked, drain it from the water.
- In a pot, combine the milk, ground nutmeg, chicken cubes, butter, flour, white pepper, cooking cream, and salt. Stir while cold, then turn on the heat.
- Continue stirring until the béchamel sauce comes to a boil.
- Boil the pasta and drain it, then toss it with a little butter and spread it in a baking dish or pyrex.
- Add the boiled chicken pieces over the pasta in the dish and pour the béchamel sauce evenly on top.
- Spread the mozzarella on top.
- Place the dish in the oven to brown the top and melt the cheese, then serve.
