How to Make Biryani Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 cup peas
- 1 potato, cut into cubes
- 1 carrot, cut into lengthwise slices
- 1 bunch coriander
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon crushed fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- A pinch of black pepper
- Rasor pasta
- For boiling the water:
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- A little oil

Method
- Bring the water for boiling the pasta to a boil with a pinch of salt, al-ʿuqda al-safra and a little oil
- When the cooking water boils, cook the pasta until done, then drain it and set it aside
- In a pot over the heat, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a little vegetable oil until they soften
- Add crushed green ginger, a hot chili pepper and finely chopped fresh coriander and sauté until they soften, then add red bell pepper, carrots, potatoes and peas and cook over medium heat until they are done and take on color
- Finally add the salt and spices and stir, then add the pre-cooked pasta, mix and serve the dish
