Ingredients

- 1 and 2/3 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons liquid milk
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of ground red pepper (paprika)
- Oil for frying

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Boil the potatoes well, then mash them thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
- Add all ingredients to the potatoes and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Place the potato mixture in a piping bag.
- Heat oil in a pan, then press the bag to release the mixture in circular shapes.
- Flip the potato circles, similar to Meshbak dessert, to the other side. Once browned, remove them from the oil and place them on kitchen paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve the Potato Fritters with tomato sauce or ketchup and mayonnaise.
- Note: While frying, if the circles open up, brown them naturally. Then, when placing them on the plate, arrange them slightly.
