- Parsley
- Onion, finely chopped
- Salt
- Baharat
- Tomato

- Rice
- 2 beef bouillon cubes

Method
- Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion and parsley, a pinch of seven-spice mix, and salt.

- Mix again before shaping into kofta patties as desired.
- Fry the kofta patties in a little oil in a skillet.
- In the same skillet, fry onion and tomato slices in a little oil, sprinkling with salt and black pepper. Wash and drain the rice, then stir it in a pot with two beef stock cubes and a pinch of salt.
