- Finely chopped fresh coriander
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 kilo yogurt
- Salt to taste

Method
- Whisk the yogurt with the egg and cornstarch while cold.
- Place over the heat and stir constantly until the yogurt mixture comes to a boil.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped fresh coriander with the crushed garlic in a little oil or ghee.
- Add them to the yogurt, add the salt, and continue stirring, then add the raw kibbeh patties and reduce the heat.
- Let the kibbeh in yogurt simmer over low heat for half an hour.
- Serve it hot alongside fluffy rice, or ladle it into bowls and refrigerate once it reaches room temperature.
