Cupcake Recipe
Easy, reliable cupcakes that kids will love. Fill the cups only three-quarters full so the batter doesn't overflow as they rise.
Cupcakes — simple, quick and delicious. Kids will ask for them all the time.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the butter with the sugar well until the mixture becomes white and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating... add the vanilla with the eggs
- Add the flour with the baking powder and salt, then the milk, and stir with a spoon or spatula from the bottom up until the cupcake batter is uniform
- Pour the batter into the prepared molds
- Place them in a hot oven at 180°C for about half an hour or until the cupcakes are cooked, depending on oven strength
