  • 1 potato, cut into cubes and fried

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • chopped parsley
  • whole chickpeas
  • toasted almonds
  • a sprinkle of sumac
  • Fatteh sauce:
  • 2 tubs plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • a pinch dried mint

  1. In a suitable glass serving dish for fatteh, place a layer of toasted bread, fried eggplant, fried potatoes, and chickpeas ...
