How to Make Suksieh Dessert
Suksieh dessert — similar to an easy layered cake: layers of biscuits and chocolate pudding. Top with desiccated coconut and your choice of nuts. Delicious and quick to make :)
Suksieh dessert — let’s discover it together
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 packs of biscuits
- 2 cups liquid milk
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons ghee (or margarine)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Decoration
- Desiccated coconut
- Nuts
- Maamoul Mad with Qashta
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put the cold milk in a saucepan and add vanilla, the egg, cocoa, ghee, and sugar. Whisk, then place over the heat.
- Let it simmer a little until the mixture thickens.....
- In a serving dish, place a layer of biscuits and pour some of the cocoa-milk mixture over them, then add a second layer of biscuits and another layer of the Suksieh mixture.
- Sprinkle desiccated coconut and nuts on top as desired.
- When it cools to room temperature, refrigerate the Suksieh for about 2 hours before serving.Timers: 120 min
