Chicken Burger Recipe
Chicken burger is one of the easiest homemade chicken recipes. The burgers are cleaner and tastier than takeout — make them for the kids and they’ll discover they’re better than restaurant ones and ask for them all the time.

Ingredients

- 2 deboned chicken thighs
- 2 deboned chicken breasts
- 1 small onion
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp seven-spice mix (or mixed spice)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch white pepper
- A pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika (red pepper powder)
- A pinch garlic powder
- A pinch hot chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Grind the chicken in a blender with the onion, spices, salt, and oil.
- Shape the chicken mixture into balls.
- Place each ball between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten with a rolling pin... then use a medium deep glass cup or plate to cut the large flattened ball into burger-sized patties.
- Fry the chicken burger patties in vegetable oil in a wide skillet over medium heat.
- Serve the chicken burgers with salad and fries or wedges.
