Ingredients

- Nutella
- Nesquik or sweet cocoa powder
- Melted butter
- Dough
- 4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1 cup warm water
Method

- Mix the yeast with the water and two teaspoons of sugar and leave them for ten minutes, then stir
- Melt the milk and butter over heat until the mixture warms without boiling
- Then mix all the ingredients — the flour, eggs, the hot butter-and-milk mixture, and the remaining sugar — with the yeast mixture and knead
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for one hour until it doubles in size
- After that time, roll out the dough on a surface lightly sprinkled with oil or flour .. roll it with a rolling pin into a rectangle and brush it with butter
- Spread Nutella over it with a sprinkle of Nesquik
- Roll the dough into a log then join the ends to form a circle
- Place the Nutella-filled dough in a buttered baking pan.. and cut the top with scissors to resemble a crown
