Eggs and potatoes — who doesn't know this tasty, simple dish? Fried potatoes with eggs is the quickest meal when hunger strikes suddenly! Did you know it's also delicious for breakfast? :)
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of oregano
- Butter

Method
- Cut the potatoes into small or medium cubes ... then fry them in plenty of oil until cooked
- Put the fried potatoes in a pan with the butter ...
- When the butter melts.. pour the eggs over the potatoes, sprinkle salt and seasoning, and stir
- When the eggs are cooked turn off the heat... and sprinkle oregano on top
- Serve the eggs and potatoes immediately
