Minced meat with tomatoes — an easy and tasty main or side dish, eaten with bread or served with salad as desired.

Ingredients

  • Coarsely minced meat
  • Peeled, chopped tomatoes
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Meat seasoning
  • Mixed spices
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground cumin
  • Bay leaf
  • Cardamom pods
  • Salt
  • Sweet green pepper (bell pepper)

Method

  1. Fry the chopped onion in corn oil until it softens.
  2. Add the meat, spices, and chopped green pepper and stir.
  3. When the meat is cooked, add the tomatoes and stir.
  4. Leave them over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften.
  5. Serve the meat with tomatoes while hot.
