- Coarsely minced meat
- Peeled, chopped tomatoes
- Finely chopped onion
- Meat seasoning
- Mixed spices
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground cumin
- Bay leaf
- Cardamom pods
- Salt
- Sweet green pepper (bell pepper)

Method
- Fry the chopped onion in corn oil until it softens.
- Add the meat, spices, and chopped green pepper and stir.
- When the meat is cooked, add the tomatoes and stir.
- Leave them over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften.
- Serve the meat with tomatoes while hot.
