How to Make Turkish Kebab
Turkish kebab in a delicious recipe! Make it at home exactly as it is served in Turkish restaurants. The recipe also includes the sauce and the side salad.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kilo ground meat with fat
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper paste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon curry
- How to Make the Sauce
- Salad
- Lettuce, cut into large pieces
- Boiled beetroot, chopped
- Chopped parsley
- Spring onion
- Red cabbage
- Red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Pomegranate molasses
- How to Make the Salad
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the vegetables, mix them together, and dress them with a salad dressing made of oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and salt
- Mix the ingredients well until the meat is evenly combined
- Leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour before shaping so it firms up well
- Use metal skewers to shape the kebab, or wooden skewers soaked in water for an hour .. then grill over charcoal .. or you can also grill it on a grill pan
- Serve white rice alongside the Turkish kebab with the sauce, or bulgur pilaf with vermicelli, or bulgur with tomato .. along with the salad
