Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 3 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 bunch mint, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 small bunch mixed young greens (optional)
- 3 tablespoons green olives
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds for garnish
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- (radishes — red or white — as desired)
- Fattoush dressing
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Olive oil (to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses for garnish
- 1 pita loaf, fried (or toasted)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash all the vegetables and dry them well
- Cut all the vegetables into large pieces
- Mix the dressing ingredients for the fattoush and pour it over the vegetables or fattoush salad
- Add the fried (or toasted, as desired) bread
- Garnish the fattoush with pomegranate seeds, pomegranate molasses and more fried or toasted bread
