How to Make Homemade Barazek
A delicious homemade barazek recipe that has been tested and will definitely work for you! One of our favorite biscuit recipes.
Ingredients

- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons milk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons syrup or sugar syrup

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Knead the flour with the ghee very well, then add the remaining ingredients: sugar, water, milk powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Continue kneading well until you have a smooth dough, then set it aside for 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Place the sesame seeds in a wide bowl, then pour over the syrup or sugar syrup mixed with 1 tablespoon of water.
- Shape the dough into circles or fingers, as desired.
- Dip them in the sesame and syrup mixture, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.Timers: 12 min
