Chicken Liver Sooda

Ingredients

- Onion
- Garlic
- Green bell pepper
- A splash of vinegar
- Pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Ground cinnamon (pinch)
- Salt
- Bay leaves
- Cinnamon sticks
- Vegetable oil
- Ghee or clarified butter

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Clean the liver well and remove all veins
- Wash it, then boil it with bay leaves, cinnamon sticks and a pinch of salt to remove any off-flavor; as soon as the water boils you will see the liver change color; let it boil for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the boiling water, wash it and drain itTimers: 10 min
- In a pan, put a little oil and ghee and fry the sliced onion and chopped garlic until soft
- Add the liver and sauté for one minute, then add the chopped green pepper and just a splash of vinegar
- When the pepper has softened slightly, season the liver with pomegranate molasses and lemon juice, sprinkle ground black pepper and fine cinnamon and stir; then remove immediately from the heat and serve
