  • 1 whole chicken
  • Marinade:
  • Plain yogurt
  • Salt
  • Paprika

Method

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients and rub the chicken all over.
  2. Let it marinate for at least two hours; keep it refrigerated during this time.
  3. After that time, take a glass bottle (formerly a soda bottle), fill it halfway with water, and place the chicken on it.
  4. Pour water into the bottom of the roasting pan, place the bottle with the chicken into the pan.
  5. Put it into a preheated oven for about two hours or until the chicken is cooked and browned, watching carefully because oven strength varies.
