How to Prepare Green Molokhia
One of the tastiest and most popular dishes is green molokhia. There are different ways to prepare molokhia, but this homemade recipe is very, very delicious.

- 1 whole chicken, bone-in
- Seasonings for boiling the chicken
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 head of garlic, about 7 cloves
- 1 bunch fresh coriander

Method

- After harvesting the molokhia, wash it well and spread it on a large tray to dry.
