Pasta with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • Pasta, as desired
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Ground beef
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of ground cumin
  • 3 tomatoes
  • A pinch of red chili pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Mozzarella cheese

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Boil the pasta in water with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Place the finely chopped onion in a pot over the heat with the vegetable oil and the crushed garlic.
  3. Stir briefly, then add the ground beef with a pinch of salt, black pepper, oregano, a pinch of cumin, and a pinch of chili pepper.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix the mixture.
  5. Drain the pasta and place it over the meat with the tomato paste, and cook the ingredients for about a quarter of an hour, then turn off the heat.
  6. Serve the pasta with meat with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
