Yogurt Cake
Yogurt cake is a well-known cake with many possible variations. Try this easy recipe, especially since the ingredients are easy to find.
Ingredients

- 5 cups full-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 boxes plain biscuits
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 2 packets prepared cream powder
Method

- First, grind the biscuits and mix them with the butter in a food processor until you get a sand-like mixture.
- Place the biscuit mixture in a cake pan or any oven-safe pan.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl or in a blender and add the jelly powder on top
- Also add the two packets of powdered cream and mix the ingredients with a hand or electric mixer until you have a somewhat thick, dense cream.
- Add the cream mixture over the biscuit layer
- Take some biscuits and break them over the cream layer until the entire surface is covered
- Then decorate with cream and dust the top with sweetened cocoa powder
