- 500 ml fresh liquid cream
- 1 packet powdered cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Sift the flour, powdered sugar, and ground almonds with the salt. Mix these together, then add the butter and rub by hand until the mixture resembles sand.
- Add the egg and vanilla and bring the dough together without kneading.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for an hour to rest. Then roll it out between parchment paper and shape the cake as desired—either as digits or, as in the accompanying image, in a heart shape.
- Take half the dough, roll it out, and cut the digits. Roll it on parchment so you can move the digit or layer after cutting. Also on parchment, shape the second and third layers and trim excess to achieve the same size...
- Return the cake layers to the fridge to rest for 10 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes each. Bake each layer or each digit separately. When removing the layers from the oven, let them cool well before moving to prevent cracking.Timers: 10 min
- Mix the cheese with the cream using a wooden spoon and place them in a piping bag to decorate the cake layers...
