- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce

- Mix the chicken marinade ingredients and add them over the chicken pieces in a freezer-grade plastic bag... leave the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight...Timers: 240 min
