- 2 cups fine bulgur
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water or less, just for kneading
- salt
- 1 cup skinned chickpeas
- half a bunch parsley
- a bunch fresh mint
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- a pinch of sumac
- salt to taste
Method
- Knead the bulgur with the flour and salt until it becomes a kibbeh dough, stuff it, then boil in boiling water for 15 minutes...Timers: 15 min
