Fried Chicken Fillet Pieces

Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless chicken breast, cut into wide strips / fillets
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of seasoning
  • Pinch of dried green thyme
  • Pinch of oregano
  • Pinch of dried red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • Pinch of cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Note
  • You can freeze marinated fillets in a freezer bag.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Wash the chicken fillets with vinegar then water. Sprinkle them with salt and leave for about 5 minutes, then rinse with water and place in a colander.

  2. Put the fillets in a bowl and season them with garlic powder, onion powder, spices, pepper paste, turmeric, salt, egg, herbs, pepper and cornstarch, and mix well. Leave the chicken to marinate for two hours.
  3. Fry the fillets in a little oil or in hot oil over medium heat until the pieces are cooked through and browned.
  4. Place the chicken fillet pieces on kitchen paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
  5. Serve with fries, appetizers and salads alongside the chicken fillets.
