  • half a cup of liquid butter
  • one and a half cups of milk
  • one tablespoon yeast
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • one teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 and a half cups of flour (as needed)
  • butter for brushing the dough

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the yeast with 1/4 cup warm milk, stir briefly, and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, add the melted butter, sugar, salt, egg, and the remaining warm milk, and mix.
  3. Then add the yeast and the milk and mix.
