How to Make Madlouka Swiss Roll

- Half a kilo kataifi dough
- Half a kilo ground pistachios
- Quarter cup sugar syrup
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- Quarter cup honey

- Half a cup yogurt
- Quarter cup white vinegar

Method

- Put the milk and water over medium heat and stir until it boils. Then add the yogurt and vinegar; the milk will curdle and you will get curds... Place them in a strainer and let them cool, then add a container of qeshta cream.
- Mix the madlouka dough ingredients well and spread them out on kitchen cling film...
- Spread the ashta over it and fold or roll it into a cylinder like a Swiss roll, then spread a layer of ashta on top and decorate as desired
