  • Boneless chicken breasts, shredded and cut into long, thin strips
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of paprika
  • A pinch of cumin
  • A pinch of fajita seasoning
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into long thin strips
  • Hot pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 avocado mashed with two tablespoons mayonnaise and a pinch of salt

Method
