- 2 bunches green za'atar, chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 yellow onions, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, chopped with the peel
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sumac
Method
- Wash the vegetables well and dry them.
- Place the chopped, washed, and dried green za'atar in a serving dish.
- Top it with the remaining chopped vegetables.
- Mix the ingredients and serve immediately.
