How to Make Arugula Salad

- a bunch of green thyme
- 1 onion, chopped
- lemon juice
- salt
- sumac
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- walnuts

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the arugula and thyme in water with a little vinegar, then drain them well.
- Roughly chop the arugula, pick the thyme leaves and discard the stems. Put the greens with the onion, salt, oil and lemon juice and mix. Pour the salad into a serving bowl, then garnish the arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and walnuts and sprinkle sumac over the top before serving.
