How to Make Arugula Salad

Pair arugula and thyme salad with any main course—it's sure to be a perfect match. Enjoy this refreshing, easy arugula salad!

  • a bunch of green thyme
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • sumac
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • walnuts
  • cherry tomatoes for serving

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Wash the arugula and thyme in water with a little vinegar, then drain them well.
  2. Roughly chop the arugula, pick the thyme leaves and discard the stems. Put the greens with the onion, salt, oil and lemon juice and mix. Pour the salad into a serving bowl, then garnish the arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and walnuts and sprinkle sumac over the top before serving.
