How to Make Grilled Tikka Chicken
Tikka chicken is one of the tastiest grilled chicken dishes. Try this easy homemade recipe, and note that marinating the chicken overnight will deepen the flavors and help keep it tender.
Ingredients

- 1 large chicken, cut in half or into 4 pieces
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup yogurt
- garlic, chopped or crushed
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon each: ginger, cumin, dried coriander, salt
- spices: paprika, chicken seasoning, curry, cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon each: saffron, ground cardamom
Method

- Wash the chicken well, cut it into pieces, and score it with a knife
- Mix all the ingredients together, coat the chicken on both sides, and marinate it in the refrigerator overnight
