How to Make Zinger Chicken

- 1 kilo boneless chicken breast, cut into wide strips
- Chicken marinade
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Grated ginger
- Lemon zest
- Black pepper
- Hot sauce or red chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Coating the chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup liquid milk
- A pinch of salt
- 1 medium tablespoon paprika or sweet pepper powder
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons fine semolina
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Note
- Before frying, cut a large onion into rings and coat them with the same marinade, then dip them in flour and egg, and fry them before the chicken in the oil. This method gives the chicken extra flavor.
