  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • Tortilla bread
  • 2 tomatoes cut into small cubes
  • Lettuce leaves cut into wide strips
  • Coating:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper powder (paprika)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (wild thyme)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup liquid milk
  • Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Method

  1. Mix the flour and dried spices together. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
  2. In another bowl, prepare the mayonnaise sauce by mixing all its ingredients well.
  3. Coat the chicken first in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg mixture, then back into the flour again until well coated.
  4. Heat the oil over high heat and fry the chicken pieces until cooked through and golden, then remove from the pan...
  5. Spread each tortilla with mayonnaise, then add the diced tomatoes and fried chicken pieces and grill briefly.
