How to Prepare Tuna with Nuts and Cilantro

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- half a bunch of fresh cilantro
- 1 can of tuna in water
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- half a lemon
- hot pepper or chili to taste
- a pinch of ground cumin
- black pepper
- nuts for garnish
Method
- Rinse the cilantro well and place it in a colander. After the cilantro dries, chop it and sauté it with the minced garlic for about 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Add the canned tuna in water, not oil. Stir the ingredients well.
- Separately, prepare the dressing: whisk two tablespoons of tahini with the yogurt, then gradually and slowly add water while stirring continuously until you obtain a liquid consistency. Add lemon juice.
- Add the sauce mixture to the tuna with the hot pepper, cumin, and black pepper. Stir for a while until the mixture comes together and emulsifies slightly, but not until it becomes firm or too thick.
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto a serving dish and garnish with the nuts as desired...
