Potato Pizza
A fabulous potato-crust pizza that's vegetarian-friendly and suitable for those with gluten sensitivities or wheat allergies.
Ingredients

- 5 potatoes
- salt
- liquid cheese
- 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese
- Filling
- corn kernels
- mushrooms
- sweet green pepper
- tomato
- You can add any other type of vegetables as desired
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Boil the potatoes, then mash them while adding salt, liquid cheese, and mozzarella cheese...
- Prepare an oven tray, grease it lightly with vegetable oil, spread some of the mashed potatoes in the tray, then add a little mozzarella cheese and spread another layer of potatoes...
- Then spread cheese over the second potato layer and finally add the pre-prepared pizza sauce.
- Brush the potatoes with the sauce, add the vegetable toppings and cheese on top, and place it in the oven... brown the bottom, then brown the top layer... remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cut it.
