How to Make Chicken Burgers

A very easy, very delicious homemade chicken burger recipe... You can prepare the chicken burger patties and keep them in the freezer until needed.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • Half a kilo of boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion powder
  • A pinch of oregano or wild thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Grind the chicken well, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into round patties of the desired size and place them in the freezer for half an hour.
  3. Prepare two sheets of plastic wrap and place each burger ball, after brushing it with a little oil, on one sheet of plastic wrap. Cover it with the second sheet and press down using the bottom of a bowl with a suitable round base, or any suitable tool, to form round burger patties.
  4. Lift the patty and coat it well with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all the mixture is used up. The patties can also be frozen for later use.
  5. Brush a baking tray with oil and arrange the patties in it. Brush the tops with a little oil and place them in a preheated oven. Bake from the top and bottom, then add slices of cheese after they are cooked.
  6. Or fry the burgers in a pan.
