  • 1 kg finely ground beef
  • 2 onions, peeled
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper and ground cumin
  • pinch of kefta spices
  • pinch of hot chili, to taste

Method

  1. Mix the beef with the onion and tomato, finely chopped; add the assorted spices and parsley and mix well...
  2. Grab a baking dish, lay half the mixture, then spread mozzarella over it, add the remaining kefta on top, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes...
