- 1.5 liters of milk
- 1 cup sugar or more to taste
- 7 tablespoons custard powder
- round biscuits
Method
- Dissolve the sugar in the milk using a hand whisk. Take one cup of this mixture into another bowl to dissolve the custard powder.
- Place the milk with the sugar over heat until it warms. Before it boils, add the cup of milk in which the custard was dissolved and whisk quickly by hand so custard lumps do not form.
- When the custard mixture thickens, pour it into serving glasses and garnish with biscuits.
- Serve the custard cold after refrigerating it for at least two hours.
