Easy Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients

• 110 g unsalted butter
• 150 g sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 180 g flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 120 g milk (room temperature)
• Decorations: FarmVille cupcake toppers, chocolate sprinkles, or colored cupcake beads
• Buttercream frosting:
• 340 g butter, softened
• 350 g powdered sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• pinch salt
• colored sprinkles or store-bought cupcake decorations
• How to make the cream:

Method

1. Put the butter over the sugar and vanilla and whip until creamy, then add the eggs one at a time and continue whipping, then add the sifted flour and baking powder.
2. Fold the batter with a wooden spoon or spatula, then add the milk and mix well.
3. Sprinkles: add the small colored sprinkles to the batter and stir gently so they don't melt into it before baking.
4. Spoon the batter into cupcake liners and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes; test with a toothpick to ensure they are done.

7. 350 grams powdered sugar
8. 2 teaspoons vanilla
9. a pinch of salt
10. Colored sprinkles or ready cupcake decorations

12. Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla, and salt until you have a creamy mixture, then decorate the cupcakes with the buttercream any way you like.
