Homemade Qatayef: How to Make Qatayef at Home
Making homemade qatayef has never been this easy! A clear, easy, and tested recipe for homemade qatayef. You can use any filling you like, such as cream, nuts and sugar, or pistachios.
Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup semolina (fine)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 small cup powdered milk
- a pinch of baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 3 cups water (you may add more if needed)
Method
