  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Topping made with condensed-milk mixture
  • 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1/2 cup boiling water, 1 tablespoon butter... Blend them in a blender, then chill them in the refrigerator for one to two hours

    Timers: 10 min
  2. Melt the milk and butter over heat, being careful not to let the mixture boil.
  3. Then add all the ingredients to the yeast: the flour and eggs and the butter-and-milk mixture and the sugar, and knead for 5 minutes.
    Timers: 5 min
  4. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it for an hour to rest and double in size.
  5. Roll out the dough on the work surface with a sprinkle of oil and flour, roll it into a rectangle with a rolling pin, brush with butter, then sprinkle the filling mixture prepared earlier made of cinnamon and powdered sugar or brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.
  6. Roll the dough into a log or sandwich shape and cut into equal pieces... then place the cinnamon roll pieces in a buttered baking tray.
  7. Bake the cinnamon rolls in the oven first from the bottom until they brown, then turn off the bottom heat and brown the cinnamon rolls from the top..
  8. Keep the cinnamon rolls in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C until they turn golden.
    Timers: 35 min
