Ingredients:

Dough\n4 cups flour\n1/4 cup butter\n1/2 cup milk\n1/2 cup sugar\n2 eggs\n2 tablespoons yeast\n1 cup warm water

Method:

Mix the yeast with water and 2 teaspoons of sugar; let stand for 10 minutes, then whisk well.\nMelt the milk and butter on the stove, being careful not to let the mixture boil.\nThen add all the ingredients to the yeast: flour, eggs, and the butter-milk-sugar mixture, and knead for 5 minutes.\nCover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for an hour until it doubles in size.\n\nRoll the dough on the table with a touch of oil and flour, and roll it out with a rolling pin into a rectangle; brush it with butter, then sprinkle with the filling prepared earlier, consisting of cinnamon and powdered sugar or brown sugar and a tablespoon of butter.\nRoll the dough into a log (or sandwich shape) and cut into equal pieces; place the cinnamon roll pieces in a buttered baking pan.\nBake the cinnamon rolls in the oven, first from the bottom heat until browned, then finish browning the tops.

Keep the cinnamon rolls in the oven for about 30-35 minutes at 180°C until golden.

Top them with a condensed-milk topping made from:\n1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1/2 cup hot water, 1 tablespoon butter... Blend them and then refrigerate for an hour or two.
