How to Make Grilled and Roasted Chicken
Marinated chicken baked in the oven is a very delicious recipe. Serve the grilled chicken with fries or roasted potatoes and any green salad you like for a luxurious, complete meal.

- 6 chicken pieces, bone-in
- Salt
- Chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet ground red pepper)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup oil
- 5 garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 cardamom pods, crushed
Method
