How to Make Grilled Boneless Chicken
If you have leftovers from yesterday and need a side dish, this is the perfect one. It also works as a main dish alongside roasted vegetables and French fries or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- Boneless chicken pieces
- Chicken marinade*
- Chicken marinade
- Olive oil
- A pinch of rosemary
- Garlic powder
- Grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper paste
- Or 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon saffron powder
- 1 medium tablespoon oregano or wild thyme
- 1 medium tablespoon dried fennel
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the marinade ingredients well.
- Marinate the boneless chicken pieces in the mixture for about one hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the electric grill and place the chicken pieces to brown slightly, then return them to the baking tray and add 1 cup water with lemon juice, crushed garlic, and salt.
- Cover the tray and cook over low heat for about half an hour.
- Serve the grilled boneless chicken with garlic sauce, fries or roasted potatoes, and vegetables as desired.
