Ingredients
- 3 large bunches parsley
- 7 tomatoes
- 1 large bunch mint
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 cup fine bulgur, soaked
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Salt
Method
- Arrange the parsley and mint leaves, remove their stems, and clean the green onion stalks.
- Wash all the vegetables well and leave them long enough to dry thoroughly.
- Chop the vegetables finely and, just before serving, mix them with the bulgur, oil, lemon, and salt—quantities always according to taste.
- Serve Lebanese tabbouleh with lettuce leaves
