Ingredients

  • 3 large bunches parsley
  • 7 tomatoes
  • 1 large bunch mint
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 cup fine bulgur, soaked
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Salt

Method

  1. Arrange the parsley and mint leaves, remove their stems, and clean the green onion stalks.
  2. Wash all the vegetables well and leave them long enough to dry thoroughly.
  3. Chop the vegetables finely and, just before serving, mix them with the bulgur, oil, lemon, and salt—quantities always according to taste.
  4. Serve Lebanese tabbouleh with lettuce leaves
