- 2 kg skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- White pepper
- Paprika
- Chicken seasoning
- Chicken bouillon cube
- Liquid milk
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour

Method
- After cleaning the chicken, cut it horizontally in half to get pieces about 1 cm thick
- Soak the chicken in vinegar for about 15 minutes only, then wash it and drain it wellTimers: 15 min

- In a wide bowl or dish, mix half a cup of flour with half a cup of breadcrumbs, the spices, the crumbled bouillon cube, and salt
- Remove the chicken from the milk and place it in the flour and breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides

- In a baking tray or nonstick skillet, add a little oil and fry the escalope until the pieces turn golden
