How to Make Bread in a Pan Instead of the Oven
Pan-baked bread is an easy and practical homemade recipe... now you can skip the oven and make bread at home :) Try this method and let us know what you think.
Pan-baked bread .... the perfect recipe if you don't have an oven or simply don't want to turn it on :)
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kilo flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Half a cup yogurt
- Warm water for kneading, as needed depending on the flour

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Add all the ingredients except the water and mix well
- Gradually add the water and knead for no less than ten minutes until the dough becomes soft and smooth
- Cover the dough and let it rise for one hour
- After the time has passed... cut the dough and let it rest for ten minutes
- Roll or spread the dough to about 1 cm thick... we do not want to roll it too thin
- Heat the pan well, then place the small loaves in it, keeping the heat at medium under the pan
- Let the dough cook for half a minute on the first side, then flip it to the other side
- Continue flipping from one side to the other until the loaves puff up and take on color
