Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cubes cream cheese of your choice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Mix the milk and cornstarch together while cold.
- Place over heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Turn off the heat, then add the butter and stir until it melts.
- Then add the vinegar and stir, then the yogurt and stir, and finally the cream cheese cubes and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
- Blend the mixture with an electric blender along with a spoonful of oil to get a smooth mixture free of lumps.
- Pour the mixture into a container, cover it tightly, and leave it in the fridge for a few hours until the cream cheese sets well.
- Note: You can add more cream cheese cubes for a richer block of cheese.
